Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction on all NEW purchases for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us please email us at: sales@bulletlines.com and let us know the date of purchase, order number, and reason for return. We will promptly issue an RMA number and give you instructions for the return. Shipping charges paid by our company are not refundable in the event of a return. Shipping charges are not refundable, and all non-warranty returns are subject to a 20% restock fee for any products that are returned incomplete or with missing or damaged packaging. In the event of a product return under our satisfaction guarantee we will refund the purchase price less shipping costs paid by our company to ship the original order to you providing the item is returned in new condition complete with all package materials in tact. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with Paypal. Our PayPal ID is bulletlines@satx.rr.com. Products will be shipped promptly only after the fund transfer has been confirmed by PayPal.com. If your shipping address is different from what's registered with PayPal, it may delay your order for order verification purposes. If you don't yet have a PayPal account, the process of obtaining one and getting the money transferred may take 2-6 business days, which may significantly delay your order. Pre-payment with cashier's check or money order is accepted. You can place the order online, select "Prepay w/cashier's check" as payment method, get an order number and order confirmation for the total amount of your order. Then get a cashier's check or money order from your bank for the exact amount and mail the check with a copy of the order sheet to us. We'll ship your products within 1-2 business days after the check is received. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment in 10 business days. Orders via Prepay w/ cashier's check are not confirmed until payment is received. Company checks are accepted, but items will not be shipped until checks are cleared by the bank. We do not accept personal checks. NSF Check Policy: We charge a $20 fee for each check that is not honored by your bank. We reserve the right to hold orders paid by check until your check is cleared by the bank. Shipping Policy: We strive to ship all in stock orders within 24-48 hours. (Monday-Friday) Excluding holidays. All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur. Shipping Rates: We ship all products via FedEx Saver 3 Day, UPS ground, USPS Priority Mail. Our free shipping offer is valid for the lower 48 states only. Alaska and Hawaii require 2 day or overnight air shipping. Shipping charges are extra for International orders. Our company is not responsible for any taxes, duties or any other import fees.
